"I've always liked to wear this necklace because it's really sentimental to me. The necklace was a medal of my great grandpa's from when he used to play football. He was a really good football player and had planned on playing professionally.

"Unfortunately he was injured and so wasn't able to continue playing. The team he played for sent him his wages, and because he'd been unable to play he sent them back because he'd felt he hadn't deserved it.

"The team then re-sent him the wages and felt that he had been a really valuable player and put a plaque up for him at the club. Because football had always meant so much to him our family have always kept his medals and they have been passed down through the family.

"I really like to wear it because it reminds me of how important it is to keep humble and also reminds me of my family."
