"Anyone who knows me will know that I love travelling, and although I've been able to see all sorts of places, one of my favourite trips was the one I took in 2016 to Asia with a charity called VESA Abroad. I was really keen to go on this trip as it meant that I got to travel to a new part of the world and do something for a good cause at the same time.
"On the trip we went to an elephant conservation where I helped feed and wash them, and all the other things to keep them well physically, as well as all learning about the threats they face as a species. It was then that I really fell in love with them, and got to see the beauty of the animal and just how special they really are.
"When I got home I did some more research about elephants being endangered in some parts of the world and it really broke my heart. Whilst researching, I found the company Ivory Ella, whose mission it is to save elephants through selling items of clothing and thought it was such an amazing concept.
"For Christmas, my mum and dad gifted me this t-shirt and I haven't stopped wearing it. I like to dress in vibrant things anyway so the tie-die is completely my style. Plus, 10 per cent of the cost goes to helping the elephants - its a win-win."
